Willi Hoffer
Vienna-trained psychoanalyst and physician who worked in psychoanalytic pedagogy and edited the Zeitschrift für psychoanalytische Pädagogik before moving to London with the Freud circle in 1938. A close ally of Anna Freud, he edited the International Journal of Psycho-Analysis from 1949 to 1959 and wrote on the earliest development of the ego.
